Roles and Responsibilities

  • Self-screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing.

  • Sole responsibility for marketing it bench consultants (H1B, OPT and CPT) with vendors or direct client.

  • Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our sales capabilities.

  • Regular interaction and follow-up with bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in Bench Sales Recruitment will be an added advantage.

  • Previous experience in an outbound Call Centre or a related sales position preferred.

  • Freshers are also eligible to apply.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Excellent customer service, and cold calling skills.

  • Strong listening and sales skills.

  • Ability to achieve targets.

  • Salary from INR 10000 - 30000/ month depending on previous experience and interview.

  • Incentive INR 12000 - 17000/ placement.

  • Quarterly bonus.
