Roles and Responsibilities

Self-screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing.

Sole responsibility for marketing it bench consultants (H1B, OPT and CPT) with vendors or direct client.

Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our sales capabilities.

Regular interaction and follow-up with bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner.
Desired Candidate Profile
-
Previous experience in Bench Sales Recruitment will be an added advantage.

Previous experience in an outbound Call Centre or a related sales position preferred.

Freshers are also eligible to apply.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Excellent customer service, and cold calling skills.

Strong listening and sales skills.

Ability to achieve targets.

Salary from INR 10000 - 30000/ month depending on previous experience and interview.

Incentive INR 12000 - 17000/ placement.
